Where are you located?
Our factory is at No 8 Victory Close, Iwofe, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. You are welcome to visit and see the machines running.
Do you deliver outside Port Harcourt?
Yes. We deliver to your door within Port Harcourt and send by waybill to every state in Nigeria.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, within Port Harcourt. For other states, we confirm your order with payment or a deposit before waybill.
Are your machines original?
Yes. We import the same machines we use in our own factory. We check the steel grade and motor winding of every unit and test it before delivery.
Do you install the machines?
Yes. Installation and training are free. We set the machine up at your site and show your team how to run and clean it.
What warranty do I get?
Every machine carries a 12-month warranty. Dehydrator heating elements are covered for 3 years. You also get lifetime guidance on use and maintenance.
