Packaging Machines FAQs

What is the price of a band sealer in Nigeria?

Our horizontal band sealer costs ₦300,000 and our vertical band sealer costs ₦350,000, both with free installation and a 12-month warranty.

Can the band sealer seal nylon?

Yes. Both sealers handle plastic and nylon bags. The vertical sealer takes film from 0.02 to 0.8 mm thick.

How accurate is the weighing filler?

It fills 1-500 g per pack with ±1% accuracy, at 10-20 packs per minute.

Do I need both a filler and a sealer?

If you pack in volume, yes. The filler gives you exact weights and the sealer closes every pack airtight. Small processors often start with a sealer and add the filler later.
