Most powders sit in the cupboard until the label fades. Tigevita is the opposite, once you open a pouch, you start finding new excuses to scoop it. The secret is that the work is already done: tigernut for body, dates for sweetness, ginger for warmth. No measuring sugar, no chasing flavour. Here are ten recipes, from a two-minute drink to a Sunday pancake stack, that you can pull off with what is already in your kitchen.

1. Classic Tigevita drink (2 minutes)

Whisk 2 tablespoons of Tigevita into 250 ml of warm or cold water. Add a pinch of cinnamon if you like. Done, no extra sugar needed.

2. Banana–Tigevita smoothie

Blend 1 banana, 2 tbsp Tigevita, 1 cup plant milk, and 2 ice cubes. Creamy, naturally sweet from the dates already in Tigevita, and ready in under a minute.

3. Tigevita overnight oats

Mix half a cup of oats with 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp Tigevita. Refrigerate overnight. Top with fruit in the morning, the dates in Tigevita already sweeten it.

4. Upgraded pap

After cooking your pap, stir in 2 tablespoons of Tigevita while still warm. Add a splash of milk and a pinch of salt.

5. Tigevita pancakes

Replace 1/4 of the flour in your pancake recipe with Tigevita for a nuttier, naturally sweet, more filling stack.

6. Energy balls

Blend oats, Tigevita, a spoon of peanut butter, and a splash of water. The dates inside Tigevita do the binding and the sweetening. Roll, chill, and snack all week.

7. Tigevita chia pudding

Stir 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp Tigevita, and 1 cup milk together. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with mango.

8. Post-workout shake

Blend 1 banana, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp Tigevita, and 1 scoop of your usual protein powder.

9. Homemade Tigevita milk

Whisk 3 tbsp Tigevita into 500 ml warm water. Strain if you prefer a smoother drink. No extra sweetener needed.

10. Tigevita hot chocolate

Warm 1 cup of milk, whisk in 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp Tigevita. Naturally sweet from the dates, warm from the ginger, caffeine-light, and very moreish.
